We operate a fast casual restaurant located at Berkenlaan 148, 4869 TF Breda, North Brabant, Netherlands. We provide food and beverage services, including dine-in, takeaway, and online ordering services.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our operations or interfere with any other party's use of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

Orders and Payments

When placing an order with glipzioomb, you agree to pay the full amount for all items ordered. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of ordering or upon delivery/pickup. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our restaurant or during the online ordering process.

Food Safety and Allergies

We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. However, you acknowledge that our kitchen handles various allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform our staff before ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of glipzioomb B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. The glipzioomb name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of glipzioomb B.V. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

Customer Conduct

When visiting our restaurant or using our services, you agree to behave respectfully towards our staff and other customers. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. This includes but is not limited to harassment, discrimination, violence, or behaviour that interferes with other customers' enjoyment of our services.

Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds are provided at our discretion and typically only in cases where we cannot fulfil an order or where there is a significant quality issue with the food. Refunds, when provided, will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, glipzioomb B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
